You may have trouble finding a wheel refurbishment company willing to store the car while they work on the wheels; most don't have the space. You should be able to find an independent dealer (perhaps Camtune?) willing to get the work done for you but they'll (understandably) charge a premium on top of the refurb company's cost.

You may find mobile refurbishers who come to you; I'm not convinced that a man in the back of a van, some of whom don't even remove the tyres, can do a good lasting job.

Can you borrow a set of wheels to use while yours are off being refurbed?

Thanks for the info.I must admit I don't really trust a man in a van to adequately refurbish the wheels but I will give Camtune a call to see if they know anyone. Appreciate your help !

I've used www.wickedwheels.co.uk a number of times and been very happy with the results. They will come to you and either do them there or alternatively take them back to their depot. They'll even do split rims.

BTW if your wheels are alloys I would advise against sand blasting as the media will pitt the wheel.
