Ring the insurance company. They should shell out for a change of locks etc via the OPC. Best bet for tonight is either put if in someone elses garage, or get Porsche Assist to take it away.

if you can I would park another car behind it / round it and take the battery out. I know this will disable the alarm / immobiliser etc but if the keys have been knicked then neither are any good to you anyway. I'd then get on to Local OPC pronto to see what they can do about it /recommend. Fingers crossed for what sounds like a sleepless night ahead !

Sorry to hear that, tw@ts! shoot Were they taken from your house?

Could you remove the fuse for the fuel pump or take off the plug leads? If they have your keys is it also likely they could return with the intention of towing it away so have you another vehicle you could park behind it to block it in?

If only it was that Tiv' you secretly desire it'd have disabled itself
into (safe mode) broken-down long before now,

unfortunately not true.

The keys aren't covered by the car insurance and the house insurance will only cover the cost of the key stolen (probably less than the excess) so no labour charges or cost of new locks.

I moved my car to a friends house with a driveway(make sure you're not followed), put a steering lock on it and put another car in front of it, took it to Reading the next day.

It ended up costing me £700 but at least the chav crackhead who broke into my house got 18 months.

Do you still have the spare set of keys?

If so get the OPC to change the immobiliser code in them for now so the stolen keys are now redundant and can only open the door manualy, but wont be able to start/drive the car away. I had mine done a few years ago and I think its was about £150.

Guys, you're going about this the wrong way. Leave the car easily accessible - but wait nearby with a large stick and some other dangerous, pointy weapons - then ambush the thiefing b&^stards!!

Put some blocks under the car, take the wheels off, then kick the blocks over. Now let them try and nick it when its sat on the floor with no wheels.

Alternatively take the set of keys you have a drive the car to a friends garage or to the OPC and ask them to disable the stolen key.
