Need to replace a few bits an pieces to make her perfect aga

There are a few bits and pieces that are now stopping my 996 from being perfect and I want to get them fixed asap (1998 996 tiptronic), the list is below, but can you please recommend a good place to get these parts from (good quality independent or breakers).

Ash try (will not stay shut)
Broken Hinge for storage between seats (apparently a common problem)
Plastic cover for wing mirror adjustment (keeps falling off)
Drivers side air vent 2 slats broken
New horn (apparently my OPC tells me 1 of 2 is not working)

Additionally, I would like to know views on changing the following (want not need), and a good place to get these parts from and which models.
Upgrade to the clear lights
New sports exhaust
