I have had my 997s for three weeks now and am still getting to know it.

This is my first Porsche and i know that the weight is all in the wrong place and the wheelbase is short but the steering seems very sensitive to camber changes ,tramlineing etc. I am finding this very tiring having done 1250 miles in the first 3 weeks of ownership.

The car is new and came with Pirelli tyres.

Do they all seem to do this or is this down to tyre type and pressure ?

What TP should i be running on the road?

Are Pirelli tyres better or worse than others for these characteristics ?

Have you had the alignment checked? There is absolutely no guarantee that the car was delivered with correct alignment form the factory - and I doubt that the OPC bothered to check it before delivery.

They all do that and the older the model the more they do it.Porsche are attempting to engineer that out with the 997tt probably the least noticeable that i have driven.I had a 993 that felt like the front wheels were from a Sainsbury's trolley.Porsche lovers call your problem charm.
