Ok, the "replica" does have slightly odd proportions but the second link (to a real 917K) doesn't have the right picture, the picture they've used is a long tail.

This is what the replica is supposed to look like:

I thought it looked pretty darn good detail wise, proportionately its always going to be diffcult other than building it from scratch so I suppose it had to be based on something which would explain the slightly shorter dimensions that an original.

Bet the plate isnt cheap either!!!
