I drive a 996 C2 tip, but brought the wifes audi A3 to work today, So I was coming in to work thinking I will give it a poke as she never does to clean it out a bit. I was giving it and me a good work out and looked down at speedo 65mph. Buy this point on the road in the 996 I am usually doing a bit more than that, erm quite a bit. and that is when I am taking it easy on a relaxed drive in.
I now relise how dangerous these cars are, they are so quite, comfortable, fast and easy to drive( espesialy the Tip ) that you do not relise how fast you are going. BUT strangly when I am poking the 996 I find myself wanting for more power.
Is it a case of you get used to it far to quickly.

Best thing to do is to regularly take a week break from your Porsche and hire a 'normal' car (mondeo, etc). Coming back to the Porsche you then realise what a truly awesome car it is.
The other car in our household is my wife's 1.4 Clio. After driving that for a bit, the 285 horses in the 993, while modest in comparison to some more modern cars, feels more than ample!

straight lines are easy, try using all the power in the bends

You f**king, b*****d, t**ser, w***piece, tw*t.
I just tried that and wrote my f*cking car off.
I'll never listen to you ever again, you've gone well down in my estimation.
