Help - 944 steering column lost earth

HI further to my earlier post its not the relay or fuse thats stopped my horn working. The column has lost its earthe some how!!!
anyone know how to earth a steering coulmn?
I checked the steering rack earth in the engine bay and that is fine!!!

really odd fault!!!
