Hi Guys,

I posted a while ago a "help wanted" post to find a relatively good value tyre company. Living in London I settled for Micheldever nearby Winchester and can only but recommend their services.

Tyres do balance perfectly;
Alignment is done by laser and is fine. Although the car will slowly goes to the left but I have not yet determined if this is due to the road or the alignment itself as it is very minor;
Jacking of the car is done cautiously.

All-in I purchased a full set of tyres for 996 3.6 C4 with 18-Inch turbo wheel of Michelin Pilot Sport N1 for £710 including alignment, camber check and balancing.

Micheldever Station
Winchester
Hampshire – SO21 3AP

For those living in the area, definitely worth the trip.

Have you checked your wheel nuts for damage / cross threading?

Actually no, however I will tonight.
They used the air pistols to remove the wheel nuts and finished the job with manual keys.

Do you think they could damage the wheel nuts with air pistols?
