Vesuvius’ Porsche Forum threads of the Year.

Well, it’s that time of year, and I was reflecting on the threads which have made 2006 right here on the Porsche Forum, so in reverse order…….

In third place, my threads about the Porsche Warranty, invariably followed up by being accused by Paracetamol of sucking Porsche corporate cock.

In second place, the “Mr Big Black Cayenne” thread. Nervy getting called a “bell end” and ringing me outraged. Then him getting binned.

And in first place……….

Henry’s GT2. Laugh, we nearly bought our own beer. I’m now banned from Henry’s place – “look just cock off or I’ll set the dog on you.”

the problem is every time i get to page 11, the thread gets mysteriously gets wound back to page 4, with no legal recource.

however, in fairness, this is dramatically offset by the comfort that comes from knowing that a dealer has covered himself enough to legally the customer over. helps me through even the toughest times.

its like a kind of raging ying/ sobering yang balance. perfect.

What about the heel and toe thread? Was that this year or last year?

Did we ever here back from the guy who actually bought that GT2 and went off to read the thread with details of its history?

I would also nominate the thread where a visitor complained about the driving of an unkown Porker driver, nervy had a sandy vagina day and let loose on the poor chap, slagging back and forth culminating in a slap on the wrists by Ted.

That one next week, you know the one about that thing with the other thing.

That's a good one.

Also, next month's GT3 versus TT is pretty funny too.

I was just thinking, the amount of sarcasm the last few posts are laced with it wont be long till this one creeps into the top 3....

All we need now is some video's of a 911 for sale at an indy being thrashed within an inch of its life and KayC to explain why the TT is far superior to the Carrera GT

I think your post in Henry's GT2 thread should be in the history books...

You actually claimed the TT was better than a Gt2... with a straight face...
