Would you buy a previously pranged Porsche from this man?...

.... Looks mighty tempting to me
The price seems reasaonable, and I'll wager it goes like the clappers

I WANT......but 90,000 euros for a ringer is a bit steep
MUST FIGHT URGE TO BUY RUF
RUF was infamous in removing the rain gutters on the Yellowbird to improve aerodynamics. Imho it's a nice and distinguishing RUF touch.
I would have no qualms in a reshelled car by the likes of RUF. It's quite possible that the reshelled car is actually stronger than the original. It's one of the reasons why Cup cars command a premium if they have actually been freshly reshelled rather than original. I would want documentary proof as part of the service history, however, that RUF did all the work.

Also, IIRC wasn't there a silver Ruf 993 Turbo R sold through GMund earlier this year? I'm not sure it went for as strong money as this one from RUF, although the silver one had much higher mileage (mid-50s IIRC?)
As far as I know RUF has its own restoration department/workshop, any car repaired by them wouldn't concern me at all.
The de-seaming process is a horrendous job to carry out apparently.

IIRC it was up for mid fifties.................. and Andrew Mearns said it was as fast as f

k !A re-shelled car from Ruf should present no issues, since thats exactly how they build the new cars ie from a bare-shell.
The usual concern with re-shells of any vehicle is that they've been done by people who do not have adequate experience of building a car from scratch, clearly this does not apply to Ruf.
