These tail pipes are usually just cosmetic, and don't indicate the Porsche Sports Exhaust. If it has been fitted with this it should tell you In the options list.

wot he said - the chrome 4 pipe is just trim which is available with or without the PSE - and because this one is wrong hand drive the wheel is blocking the dash button which switches the exhaust from open to closed, that you would not touch!

Does this change include the exhaust pots or is it just the tips of the exhausts? in other words, is it expensive to put back? never liked these dual exhausts, I'm more of the classic kind.

Judging from the owner's insistance on writing a whole paragraph for options (and standards), I guess if it had it he would have mentioned it.

here's another eye candy:

They will just be the tips and you can get the regular ones back on easily. If you do want to get rid of these dual tips, I'll be more than happy to take them off your hands !!

what he said. They are common because many specced the ali/chrome/steel pack which constituted:

Ali dials
S/steel door entry plates
Chrome 4 pipe exhaust

I like the ali dials way more than black but then I like the 4 pipe exhausts as well - shinier and stick out a bit more

What's "ali dials"? I only see dials with white background, no aluminium?

its the usual Porsche smokes and mirrors - they are "ali-look" which basically means they are coloured silver almost white. they are as aluminium as the ali consoles, packs and levers which are just plastic painted silver

I see. I don't think I appreciate that "ali" console very much (the rest is ok). Wouldn't it cause too much glare?

No it's not too bad - it just looks cheap and crap and is nasty to the touch. Why people spec it I don't know, if you want to spend money on the console get the leather one with the silver stitching to match the rest of the interior. I really like ali packs on the dash mind you as they really lift a black interior.
