URGENT HELP NEEDED PLEASE - Wiring colour coding

Hi,

I am halfway through fitting an HID upgrade kit and need some help.

does anyone know what the colour coding is for the dip beam ? +ve and -ve, brown or yellow ?

Can download a wiring diagram in .PDF format there. Only says to MY 2000 but I doubt they've changed the colour scheme much.

brown tends to be earth / chassis nowadays, hope that helps

where you took the head lamp out from inside the boot area through the rubber grommeted hole...just around that area is the earth for the headlamp which is brown...have a look and find the eye terminals with brown wires.]

Yellow is +ve and like you've all said, brown is -ve.

HID kit all installed and a nice imporvement over the standard halogen (Osram Silver Stars).
