It has been troubling me for some time, but I think I've pieced together the identity of our resident wordsmith.

Surely he must be none other than the eloquent, the illuminative (ooh!), the facund (ooooh!), the sententious (ooooooooh!) gavel-wielding Leonard Sachs of "The Good Old Days" fame.
