Okay, my drivers side window rubber has an annoying habit of folding down as the window goes down - this slows the window, but worse, I think strains the motor...

If I move the window up, and then down again it can solve the issue, but not always...

I was wondering if there is a trick (vaseline on the inside or something) to stop it folding over?

Try rubber nourisher/conditioner stuff like Zymol.

Mine does that too, when I posted about it on here it was suggested on here to get a pot of silicone grease from a plumbers merchants and sparingly apply - it goes without saying that I haven't actually got that far yet !!

IIRC vaseline degrades/rots rubber
