Just tried to book the Boxster I'm looking at into Northway, and although they were happy to have the car in on Wednesday earlier in the week, I never actually booked it in and now they can't see it until the 19th!! That'll teach me for not booking it in when I get the chance.

So aside from the OPC do you know anywhere else that I can get the car checked over? It has to be done fairly quickly as he has another person looking at the car, and although I've been promised first shout he's been really good and I don't want to loose out on the car for something like this!

Theres Wrightune in Wallingford but I am not sure how many Boxsters Tony has seen, he is a 911 man. Might be worth a try though. I have used him for the 968 and he is good.

To be honest I think you would be better waiting for Northways to book you in!

i had good service from Tognola, not used northway despite it being about 500m from my house

Talking theoretically what was the issue you had? its worse to post as you have....

I had excellent service when he fitted a fab speed exhuast to my 996 and some new brake pads. Couldnt fault his professionalism, knowledge and standard of work

I've also used Peter Tognola for a service and a full wheel alignment and would be happy to recommend him.

I think he prefers to work on 911's.

Try Northways and ask when they can fit in an inspection they can normally do one around 4 in the afternoon, if they have got all there work done for the day

I took my 964RS in to Peter Tognola yesterday, just down the road from where I work. Very nice chap and happy with his work, will def be using him again for my RS.

He does do 996s onwards and Boxsters so may be worth discussing with him your requirements. I have a Boxster too - not sure where I'm going to take that though, may stay OPC for now.
