indy red... is it a normal colour

Had a look at a 928gts, and its indy red ( been resprayed to orginal colour ...) Any one know if this was a standard colour in 1993 or how I check this out... Cheers

Is that really true? Its the same colour as gaurds red...? Important as may swop my 3.2 for the gts, and want it to match my gt3

IIRC "Indischrot" is a dark metallic red and different from guards red and has been part of the standard Porsche colour range for a long time during the eighties and early nineties

No, Indischrot is indeed a bright solid base red. Do a google image search on it
