Tower Porsche

Any good? Need a London specialist to trace my power steering leak, and not happy with Jaz as this is the job I paid them to do in June; fitted new pump etc and now it's gone back to leaking like there's no tomorrow. Have checked hoses etc myself so it's not just a loose jubilee clip. Any experience of Tower Porsche here?

Have you mentioned this to Jaz by the way? In my limited experience they seemed pretty strong on customer satisfaction even leaving new parts fitted to my car that didn't rectify the issue I took it in with.

Definately go back to Jaz. If it`s something they`ve done wrong I am sure Steve will stand by his work. Similarly it may be something unrelated to the original repair. Either way Jaz are a reputable garage who have been around for a very long time.

Just posting this by way of a (sort of) apology - Tower will service the car for me and check out the power steering; if it is a defect with the original work I will of course go back to Jaz and ask. Henry's right - it may of course be something unrelated (although the entire steering rig was meant to be checked and sorted in June as it had a fluid leak when I inspected the car before purchase).

Henry - actually, the car was from your dealership, and Jaz did the inspection and initial service I asked for, and in all other respects it was and has been an absolute peach. the rest of the work that they did on the car seems to be tip top (getting a second opinion from Tower just because it seems like a good idea), and Jaz gave the car back to me in top condition and it remained that way until the steering started losing fluid again recently. So no judgements on Jaz at all until I have had the fault diagnosed etc - just thought that I had better make that clear, in the interests of fairness.
