New Steering Wheel Help

[RoryH]

Am looking to buy a new steering wheel for my old boy's 964. It's coming up to his 60th and i'd like to get him something to replace the OEM 4 spoke yoke. Something a bit sportier, but that will suit a 90's 911. Any idea's of what and where?

Many thanks

With or without airbag?

[RoryH]

Definitely without. It's a 93, Carrera 2 if that helps.

thanks

Look for a nice Momo

Alternatively the 3 spoke items from Porsche (circa £250) are nice. They are thicker in the hand (Ooo err missus), and keep the original look to the car. I`ll add a picture to this post in a moment.

I second what Henry says, the wheel is like the one in the 964 RS (I think), I have one in my 964 and it is more comfortable than the 4 spoke original.
Try someone like Porsch Apart or Porsche shop who may be cheaper than from Porsche.

64RS wheel is the same as regular C2, but with RS on the square boss....the wheel shown above is the 968 Clubsport wheel.....

Most of the aftermarket vendors sell it, one of the nicest wheels I have used.
