Being a somewhat lazy individual I never take that much care parking (lifes to short) but I seem to have scratched my rims in a few places. Is it possible to restore them myself or is this a pro job, or time for new alloys?

I think they charged me about £90 to get one of my old kerbed 18" Sport Design rims looking brand new again. (Regular alloys are less - this was a split rim.) Either you drop the wheel off and pick it up a few days later or you can leave the car with them if all four need doing. Highly recommended and most of the London OPCs use them I think. Good luck.

I wouldnt use Lepsons personally..i had a disaster on my wheels with them and they were sent back and still came back unacceptable in the end.Mate of mine had the same issue with csl wheels.I have had wheels done on numerous cars with various companies and never been totally happy with them.I was recommended Diamond Styling in Sevenoaks who have just done mine again (£100 per wheel) and they look perfect and literally like brand new wheels .Call Gareth on 01732 779100.thumbup

They may be the best wheel refurb in the world - but with a website like that, they need a good thumping.

This is a new website that's just been set up:

http://ebay.co.uk

If you type 'porsche alloy wheels' into where it says 'search', you might get an idea of how much they cost.
