diamond cut alloy refurb - mail order?

I've 2 18" wheels i'm looking to get painted silver and then the face and rim diamond cut, then laquered. I have to be able to send these wheels to the company, as i'm from john o'groats and a drop in service is no use! Can anyone recomend someone to do this. I've seen a couple of recomendations on other forums (wicked wheels but no mention of being able to send them on there site and bjv engineering but there website only has a 05 price list on it!) Any help appreciated!
