Anybody know this car?

Hi, This is my first post on the Porsche forum and I would be grateful of some advice and info on a car that is advertised here:

I am not new to the highly modded Porsche 911 Turbo game, having owned such a car in the past, albeit a 1986 Turbo with a Turbo 2 engine, Powerhaus II exhaust, hybrid Turbo etc.
I know that some Porsches have been modified very professionally and some are just a money pit nightmare to maintain as my old car was.
I would be interested to hear from anyone who knows this car or indeed any views on such a car. It is not clear to me as yet what modifications have been made to the car and more importantly, who by? However, I will be contacting the dealer in due course and will have a full PPI done if I decide to purchase.
I currently have a 1999 Lamborghini Diablo SV which I have decided to part with as my Daughter is now two years old and I would dearly love to return to rear seat practicality.
