I suppose allot depends on the mileage and how much the chaps after? And more importantly how much £30k+ means to your lifestyle - Personally i couldnt take any risk if paying this kind of money for the car to then be in and out of a garage with it? Where is the fun and enjoyment in that? BUT at the same time you may be a bit handy with DIY motoring issues.
Edit - 911OMG's breakdown seems to be pretty comprehensive with the "RUN" advice unless you are getting it for a really good price.

Total Ignitions = the number of times the rev limiter has cut in? 4,818 times...
more like the total number of times the car has been started
Which probably equates to the number of times it's hit the limiter?

If the car is 5 years old that would be an average of 4 times a day.

Could someone explain Rev range 1 and Rev range 2 ???
Have a look at this thread.

Any more details on the car mileage etc..
I would not touch it. Best of luck.
I buy and sell these things every day and you can do much better. Many owners turn up at my doorstep having said that their car is in A1 condition and get rather upset when you try and even consider knocking them for the work that needs doing when they know in their own heart of hearts that it does and are just plain upset I actually noticed...
