I think you have all failed to notice the transformation of a tired 944 into a drift monster - by the cunning use of 4 new wheel bearings.

It's not a souping up technique that I'm familiar with but it must deliver some enormous benefit I was hitherto unaware existed...

Plus he's upgrading to a real track demon, the VW splitscreen camp(er) van.

That made almost as much sense read backwards as forwards. Is he on crack?

A glorious missal directing one divinely in the direction of my esteemed 944, in the best wishes that it be bestowed on the viewer a seemly sense of speeding towards one's destinations at all times once such locations are figuratively ascribed. In every sense not enough credit is given to the 944s transformations between all classifications and envelopes of driving encapsulation that may follow a variety of modulations effected through the accelerative pedal, and it should be noted that the varieties and modalities of the velocitous executions of the 944's performance are almost as infinite as such likelyhoods exist for transformation between its possible forms. A mere bite and subsequent mastication of the control surfaces will not only cause to immediately cement my assertation as to the car's quality, taste, and texture, but give rise to a plethora of opportunities to sample what can be in one direction racing likely, but not unlikely moreover cruising street likely impressarios. God Bless You.

The 944 will never be classed as a drift machine - it's just too well planted for that
Ok I'm biased but I recently picked one up and I'm seeeeriously happy wiv it!

Still even I have to admit the guy is a bit of a jobknockey with poor taste in paint colours ;-)

On the contrary potentially not a bad car for it at all (please forgive the crappy photos).

A standard 944S2, too much body roll really but stiffen the back end up and a well balanced drifting machine that wasn`t built in Japan & doesn`t feature in Max Power. Another one of my long list of projects for when I`ve got a spare moment !

Welcome on board & keep posting.

Thanks Henry mate, I will, although I tend to sit back and listen a bit more these days rather than jumping in when I don't have anything useful to add!!

Mine's _only_ a 2.7lux, but I am chuffed to bits with her so far

Hey didn't your brother Tom used to race a 944? I seem to recall seeing on an ad of yours that was up a while back.

He used to do track days in a variety of 944s which we had & has just sold a race prep 944S2 which may well be in the Porsche club championship this year.

The red car is a cheap S2 I`ve got lurking around for the occasional drift day & for the money is great fun. The trick is to get the right tyres on the back.

I'm posting my 944 on fleabay and pistonheads this weekend (unfortunately I need the money for my Droop Snoot race car) and would appreciate what you guys thought of the best way to advertise it without being crucified like this poor guy!!

It's a C reg '86 dark metallic grey (not sure what the offical colour is called!!) and it has a Turbo bodykit all over. Is it worth me removing that and selling seperately or keeping it on the car and selling?

Any help/advice greatly appreciated.

Ah, if I had a bright yellow pile of poo to get rid of I guess I would have to get creative with the eBay description too...
