996 Service interval

Can someone confirm for me that this is right?

My 51 facelift 996 has 36k on the clock but it was serviced back in September when it had 29k on the clock.

Am I right in assuming the car is not due a service until it has 41k on the clock or September rolls around?

Just checking as the service book says 36k for the minor service, but the above info is what OPC mid sussex have told me.
