Tomorrow I will mostly be taking my horse brasses to OPC Guildford for a warranty repair on a front damper. Just so's not to inconvenience me too much they have insisted I drive off in a spanking new C2S. And bring it back Monday morning.

Sadly it's not spec'd with the aircooling option but I'm looking forward to it nonetheless.

Actually...can't wait!

Am I going to love it? Place bets now!

Excellent preparation for the water pumpers well known prediliction for flattening their batteries if not used for eight hours (at least with your 993 there's no electronic boot release to scuttle your battery access plans.........hehe

I think you'll be amazed at it's abilities - and would love to add it to your collection, but you wouldn't want to replace your 993 with it.

I had one for a few days last year while my 993 4S was in getting insurance work done - amazing to drive - coat hook fell out hanging my jacket on it.

Car now back at giw towers....

I'm still at the kid in a sweetshop stage (or a knife shop or whatever they go to these days).
The sheer grunt of it in any gear at any speed is as near as dammit relentless. There's one little button that seems to make it hunker down a bit and feel a bit fidgety (no pun intended) on the motorway, and another one right next to it that's got a picture of 2 soil pipes on it that makes you feel like you're sitting inside the engine. In combination with serious pressure on the right hand pedal it's making me go .

My 993 would struggle to keep up I suspect.

More to it than power of course but sadly I'm supposed to be working from home today so I can't stray far. Tomorrow however is another day and the twisties of Sussex are beckoning me.

p.s. anyone lend me £50k?
