I have specced this on my car with the screen etc because I love gadgets.

However the porsche blurb doesn't really tell you a whole lot about it - can anyone else that chose it and already have their car fill me in on what excatly it is capable of? can't wait till the end of may!

Stop watch I would imagine. Doesn't it do lap times as well?

Sorry to say..... not a lot is the answer!

Timing gear, with memory...check.

Allows you to change some settings that usually require a visit to your friendly OPC, like..
Home light function, door locking function & other stuff...check

Adds a clock shaped hump on the dash....check!

Costs nearly £400..cheque!

You'll love the car though!!!

trouble is, the gt3 dash doesn't look right without the stupid little clock sat on top!

Personally I think the opposite. It looks horrible.

However,if someone were to give me a GT3 with clock on the dash, I wouldn't complain. Just wouldn't spec it myself.

Hmm thanks for the info - guess I'll have to wait and see...

So would a Racelogic performance box offer anything better over what's in the car???

I agree. Saw some 997's with and without before I specced mine. The top of the dash without the clock looks bland and bare IMO.
