Guys,

We now know that the GT2 will be announced imminently alongside the Turbo Cab - but the questions are:

1)when will we see physical RHD cars -

2)what BHP will they have -

3)will the long awaited PDK make it's first appearance

4) Will the GT2 be the FIRST of the facelift cars (if it's an 08 model) or the LAST of the current type???

Darren,
Have OPC's started taking deposits or is it still 'a letter of intention' for prospective purchasers??

It's still "letters of intent" at this stage (they aren't allowed to take deposits until they've "officially" announced a car)- but the dealer is holding on to my £10k deposit for my cancelled 997TT and will roll this over onto the GT2 when announced - meaning I will get the very first GT2 at my OPC.

Ditto - my OPC is going to that on my GT3 RS order.

If it does not look worse than the latest spy pics, then I'm already happy. Much more brutal than the fussy TT IMHO

I got a call from my OPC about the GT2 week before last telling me all the gubbins is being sent out. I asked about the £10k deposit thing and whether they would actually be able to give sme sort of details on timetable deliveries this time instead of the fudge on the TT. The answer was a "probably, let you know when we have more details."
