997GT3 silver bullet! & number count!

[Grant3]

Trundled out last weekend in search of some deserted B roads & had a brief photo stop.
Apologies for posting, I couldn't resist a quick montage (sorry chaps!), Arctic Silver is still my favourite colour!!

Led me to think how many owners we now have on Piston heads, I counted eleven excluding RS's, is that right?

997GT3, Bund, NBetts, Geneve, Pugsey, Blowdog, Kidhaa, angelbox10, henna777, Zanzibar.

Common as muck, but a great mix of colours!!!!!!!!!!!!
Makes you wonder how many Porsche have brought into the UK!

Silver looks much better on the GT3 than on regular 997s, I suspect that's becuase of the contrasting black plastic and more aggressive shapes.

Just realised now why it looks so much better than the 996 in GT3 form; it doesn't have those odd warped looking side skirts

Nice montage
I reckon one more GT3 owner and we'll be over the £1M mark collectively. You missed a forum guy called Yorkie or similar. I presume he's still got his black GT3?
Grant - so can you list the colours as well?

Cheers chappy, hope the gear change is "meshing in ok".. excuse the pun

Nope not sure on the colours, but it would be interesting to know the mix, when the general advice is white or yellow!

I've had mine since November. She has now covered ten thousand miles ! Still in love !

A friend called Chris Preen who is also a PHer has one too, so that makes 13 so far.
