some are below this now, but its all down to what you want, ie cheap shite that'll cost in long run

I've seen tiptronics are below this - IIRC there's one in Porsche Post for sub £40k - generally, cars in there don't fall into the "cheap shite" category.

Finlay, are you foresaking Caterhams for good?

Absolutely sick and tired of hearing this constant boaring thread.

Mine has dropped probably 20k since I bought it, I don't give a shit! Because it's a Porsche, Badge, History and all that!

JUST DRIVE AND ENJOY THE DAMN THING!

Oh crap, I better not run up anymore miles, it might drop another 5k

The will continue to lose 5-10k per annum, thats totally normal. There were alot of them made and its it not going to do a 993 where rarity holds price.

I reckon prices are:
*******Trade Private Independant
2001 40000 43000 45000
2002 42000 45000 48000
2003 46000 49000 51000
2004 51000 54000 58000

Remember a dealer needs to make about 15-20%, they have costs and the bigger ones with flash Gin palaces need to make even more to justify their existance. So if you bought a late 2004 at 58k and traded it in a year you'd get 46k back.

OPC pricing is different all together.

Sorry for being Boring or should it be boaring

Just interested to get peoples views.

Ruby, I doubt if I will ever give up Cats for good (way to much fun), until I am too old to get into one!!

Last one I had was a 245 BHP VX, Balistic but with 70 miles between petrol station visits hopless for any thing but short blats

What about yourself?

All the best Finlay

Finmac, sorry it's not personal, it's just every week there is the same boring thread!

It really annoys me when the words Residuals and Porsche are put together.

I could go on and on with my views towards this, but I won't bore you, lol
