Bugger been replacing my brake lines today - with goodrich braided ones and have managed to round off one of the brass nuts on the brake line union BUGGER!
The union is siezed solid so cannot get the old rubber hose off - whats the best way to tackle this - cut the copper line and fit new onion (would need to get the tool to splay the pipe if i do this) or does anyone have a better and more ingenious way of getting the old line off

Realisticaly I think your only real option is going to be to cut the union off. If your metal brake lines are in a condition anything resembeling (a tad rusty) it could be a good oportunity to replace them as well.
Actualy I'm fairly sure if you cut through the metal brake line theirs a good chance you'll flatten it. Which means new line anyway.
