996 TT Cabriolet value
Discussion
I had thought I'd keep my TT cab when the RS turns up in June but I'm not sure it will get much use over summer so may sell.

Without being brutal I would say a massive chunk less than £77k - though I don't know exactly where.
There are a couple of late/expensive 996 TTs on the market, but they have been there for a while and don't appear to be shifting. Silver is also proving a lot harder to shift than black.
I am sure it's a lovely car though!

hi there Ive been looking for a turbo cab for some time now and know the market quite well. Ive missed out on a private sale 03/53 silver/black leather 30k miles car for 60k(this one had a 111 check done at porsche and also had a 12mth warranty with it) I then missed two trade cars with similar specs for 63k, also Porsche Silverstone recently had a 04/54 25k miles silver/black leather for sale at £64850, long story about that car, but anyhow I didn't buy that car either. I am now in negotions on a 04/54 £63k 20k miles car at the moment, but doesnt look good since it seems to have failed the Porsche 111 check. If you are serious about selling let me know, it's well possible that I would be looking soon again.

I'm having the GT3 alloys put on today so I'll try and put a picture up later and you can let me know if I've messed up some perfectly good wheels

I'm going right now, I'd never put a picture up before and wanted to know if I was clever enough to work out how, I think I'm half way there but I wanted to show the picture not the link

With you. I liked those wheels but do think there a bit dated now. Are you putting on the new 3 wheels or 996 3 wheels?
You need to put [pic] [/pic] i think to show the picture....

20k miles with a cost of approx £63k and it has failed the 111 point check? I would be interested to know where it failed on and if Porsche had been servicing it annualy.
Back on the thread - i would value it at £62k as the 997 TT convertible when on sale will no-doubt mean that a good few 996 TT Cabs will be used as trade-ins. IMO of course.

Hmm,
I think i started a trend when i did that colour combo to my wheels on my MKII GT3
Having said that, i think the sport technos suit better
