Up at a recent PCGB meet at our local OPC and had a squint beneath a 996TT.

Holy moley, they are a complicated little rascal underneath at the back.

Not that it's likely to happen but it kinda put me off buying one, my old Boxster looks positively agricultural in comparison.

Have to say wifey and I had a cracking time at the event and a big hand to both Agnew Porsche Belfast and Alan from region 27 (to name but a few). I remember reading somewhere recently (I think it was here) negative comments regarding PCGB (maybe it was only the magazine), but we have thoroughly enjoyed our membership so far and are eagerly awaiting this Sundays drive, expertly arranged by Ryan. Can't help thinking you get out what you put in.

Cracking goodie bags too, Thanks Porsche, Agnews, Autoglym and Mobil. Only realised when we got home and checked the stuff that the large XL marked with a marker on the side of our bag related to the size of the clothing contained within, hindsight is marvellous EH!

I don't even know where the engine is on mine. I think it's been replaced because there's a gaping hole in the front where it should be. I just give it to Smithers to take to the ghastly Porsche garage once a year. What, what.

Dont worry I beleive it is in the front of a 911 it just looks like a spare wheel!
