Sounds great, collect mine on Thursday, from the Fearn Meister, should feel like a 600bhp artic.
What have you had done to get 600 bhp? Sounds hairy.

Not sure exactly(Fearnsport spec),what i do know is engine re-build,including carillo rods, injectors, intercoolers, turbos etc.
The car was running a TRUE 550 before it went on its holidays to Fearnsport.

Well thankyou, looking forward to collecting it.
i'm dropping off a mates murcie for a fettle on sat. when are you collecting?
All being well thursday pm.
Had a great day at Snetterton yesterday, car is really working well now. Car feels similar to a well setup GT3, but with turbo power.
Managed to get a couple of sessions with Calum Lockie, just to show me some GT2 antics. Had knocked out a comfortable 1.21 in morn, and by mid aft, had prob shaved off 2-3 secs. I know the circuit really well, but Calum showed me a few tips to cut times. The braking into the esses and using compression through bomb hole to tighten line, were a couple.
Calum had a play with my car, and it was a sight to behold.. The guy is masterly beyond belief. He was seriously impressed with my car.. managed to time him from pax seat, and he put in a 1.15/16 including taking traffic.
He was dicing and took a slick shod cup car, he knew driver and they were both seriously on it. He reckons my car would lap Silverstone GP in very low 2s .. poss 1.59. That is full on cup car pace.. obviously him driving not me.
Will be grabbing him next time I'm at Silverstone.. if anybody wants to see this in the flesh.
Nice to meet Vic and a few of the lads, how quick is my GT2..?
Taking tuition
Passing slower traffic

Actually looking at the photo's the set-up doesn't look that radical. Supports what I have heard about Fearnsport being the dogs on GT2 GEO. set-ups.
Proves that radical is not always the quickest.
Look forward to your post after the 'ring, I hope the weather is kind to you.

After Calum had driven socks off it, came back into pits and he had a good look at the tyre edges, to see how much rollover wear we had. Backs were absoluetly spot on, and fronts were maybe smallest fraction over the edge, in his opinion. He was very impressed with the setup and handling, considering it is a relatively Porky
road car. Rob
Rob, good to see you at Snett yesterday,,,,,impressed with the power of your car and due respect to Mr F for the development, much better than regular Gt2 and none of the boat in a storm effect you find in most 996TT on track.
I would love to see where Mr Lockie found those 5-6 seconds, he really must have been on it!
Next time, please take me up on the pax ride in a lighweight, nimble through the turns, deafening, but a bit of a jog by comparison down Revett
