Can you fibre glass over rubber?

Hi there i have a 924 and the rear wing is a bit tatty and i am thinking about redesigning it fibreglass can this be done ?

Why not just replace it with anon tatty one?

Though I think places you can get FG rear spoilers that would suit your car
