Help! 964 Carrera 4 Power Wanted.

Hi Folks,
I own a 1990 964 carrera 4. Cup Exhaust and re-map.
I want a power hike to 325+bhp but not being that technical I don't know my options.
I have thought of a Ninemeister motec but wondered what my options were on upto about £4000. Cheers.

Thats a hike of 75 bhp, or realistically a bit more given the engine is getting on a bit - no small ask

9m supercharger purchased second hand should get you that for 4kish. I sold mine for 2.5 k,and its probably 1k or so to fit but they don't often come up

Be careful with Motec, the standard M48 unit has no Knock control, so only the finest grades of juice are allowed......

Oh, IIRC 300BHP is about the most you'll get from standard injectors etc, any more requires a little effort.

unless you absolutely love the car then it might actually be cheaper to sell and get a 965

I understand that a Steve Wong chip works wonders on a 3.2 so would this be any good (does he do one) on a 964?
