944 1986 2.5 Problem doing my head in! Any help appreciated

We have a problem with a 1986 Porsche 944. It will start first time every time when the engine is cold, however once warmed up, if you switch off the ignition it will not start again! Only when the engine has completely cooled will it fire up again.

Has anyone come across this issue before?

Many possible causes but try tapping or replacing the DME relay first.

Next engine temp sensor.

Will respond to feed back if not these.
