I've an opportunity to buy a set of original Speedline 993 RS wheels. They were refurbished a couple of years ago and as a result have a few chips etc. but no kerb damage. The Speedline for Porsche has been polished off as part of the process (which seems to be common) but they have the correct part numbers and yellow Speedline stickers on the back.

Any idea of value?

Cheers.

Difficult one. Freshly refurbed ones get advertised for 2K a set. (as per gtclassics.co.uk website). Brand new ones are at least 3.5K I think (Carnewal do them). A set that needs refurbing is likely to cost 1K. But a set that could wait a year or 2 before needing refurbing would probably fetch a bit more than that.

Or I may be totally wrong! wink

Thanks - pretty much matches my thoughts which makes the set I'm looking at over-priced.

Sadly my engine is still in bits awaiting rebuild, so no track days for now frown. I miss my car!!
