Give A Manning a call. They provide coverage for PCGB members and provide an excellent policy that includes all ATDO/FAEO member organised trackdays free. I found that their premiums were the most competitive as well by a country mile when you consider the policy benefits.
An important consideration is also how you're treated in the event of a claim. I found them to be very good and they paid me what I asked for in terms of the value. After some discussion obviously, but not a lot.
