I just wanted to let you all know that I was really impressed by the responsiveness and and flexible approach shown by the chaps at Promax. I had 3 days within which to conclude the deal on a car, before it was being traded in. Nobody was able to inspect the vehicle in such a short space of time. Although Promax were fully booked, they appreciated that I was about to miss out on the deal, so went out of their way to help me. They even picked up and dropped the car off from the owner’s house. Overnight, I had a detailed report and pictures of the car waiting in my inbox.

I am not an existing customer and all of this conducted over the phone.

Overall, I am seriously impressed with their professionalism and enthusiasm. I highly recommend them.
