I'm off to Le Mans on the 14th and was wondering if i'm likely to have any problems with the width of the GT2 on the train.

Has anyone taken there steed on the chunnel? Will i kerb the wheels/nose? I have asked for a wide berth booking but they can't guarantee that i'll be on the same crossing as the rest of my group so i think i'm going to chance it. Can i request a wide berth when i check in?

Cheers

EUROTUNNEL - No problem.

Ask for a wide berth and they'll ROTFL

No problem widthwise. At the time of boarding, if pointed to the top deck ask to go on the lower deck. I say this as I once had the front lower spoiler scrape the floor whilst descending from the top level.

A wee trick is to head to the coach/van bit and say the car is too wide for the car deck !
