Windscreen Seal - 996 MY00

Is there a common problem with the windscreen seal on these? when I was waxing mine yesterday, I am sure its not located properly around hte windscreen and seemed to be able to move

is there somthing wrong or are they all like this ? what do I need to do to repair it?

I've got the same on my 996TT, seal very loose, also get a whistle a 'high' speeds...

Perhaps they've had windscreens fitted in the past? I recently bought an 02 996tt and it had a horrendous noise at highish speeds. I spoke to previous owner who told me it started happening ever since he had a windscreen fitted at OPC.

I took it to a local windscreen fitting outfit( big thanks to Ian at RAC Autowindscreens in M'Bro) who found the problem to be the seal - he bonded the seal up and it's absolutely spot on now!
