993 tyre choice for 18" wheels ???

After deliberating over tyres for ages I've replaced the front tyres on my 993 C2. The car had Avon ZZ3's before but now runs on N rated Conti Sports Contact2. The improvement is very noticable and has removed the understeery feel to the front end. Having just checked the rears and noticed that they also need replacing in the near future I'll get Conti's for the back as well.
My question is - I've got BBS LeMan 18" wheels. The rear is a 10" rim. The tyres are currently 265/35's but look as if they pull in a bit (as if they are a little undersize). Does anyone run the same size wheels that could offer any advice as to whether it's worth going up a size? Am I right to think that this is the same size wheels as the Turbo?
