Speedo snags - moving too quickly :-)
Discussion
Honest, it is....
No wonder the miles are high. I haven't noticed this before, but yesterday morning when I dropped mini silverback at school, the mileometer hit 173000 exactly. After that I went to work, a 15 mile motorway trip, returning last night.
I looked at the miles, and it had added 132 miles instead of 30.
So, off I went, doing a controlled distance (which I run, so know the length) and it's reading double the distance at the end.
I reckon it must have been doing this for some time, the bloody thing has probably only done about 80000 miles instead of 173000. Any clues as to how to fix it?
It's probably clocking miles up sat in the drive outside motionless......bloody thing, it's like steven kings christine this thing is.
Oh, 944 Turbo btw.

Even my tvr's didn't have as many problems as this.......
- cue another squabbling session - trouble is I like the car so make excuses...
