Stiff brush?
Jet wash?

Brake grime seems to rot into alloy wheels, never to be recovered, without paint stripper.
My Cayman S has a small issue with a few pot marks on the wheels despite me cleaning them frequently. I have found the best product for cleaning and finish is the P21 Gel and a horse hair brush. Spray on the Gel, agitate it with the brush across the whole wheel and then wash off, I use a brush on the end of a hose for ease.Hopefully one of the valet professionals will come along and enlighten us with a few of their tricks as I can't shift everything from my alloys.
Not being funny but from the first post I'm not 100% clear what you mean - I'm assuming you simply mean you want to clean your wheels?
What I would do is use the least hard product necessary to do the job. Start with car shampoo and water, if that doesn't work look at using a non-acidic wheel cleaner.
Porsche's own is pretty much the best there is as it's basically P21S Wheel Gel at a better price than anyone else sells it for. Spray it on, leave it ten minutes (or longer, just don't use it on freshly hot wheels/watch direct sunlight) and rinse off.
Pressure washers are very useful for wheels IMO, more so than a hose as they will clean out crud from all the nooks and crannies.
