Yep, going Thursday morning from Dover.

Never been before so looking forward to it. Borrowing my brother-in-law's Chimera in convoy with my mate's 996. Wishing I still had my Boxster S but beggars (and new fathers!) can't be choosers.

Supposed to be, have tickets / ferry organsied packing almost sorted , fly in ointment found nail in tyre this morning , not repairable so on the urgent hunt for two rear tyres before thursday morning.

If all goes to plan thursday 08.00 ferry from portsmouth.

Fingers crossed it will all work out .

We waved my brother and his mate off this morning with our tents, marquee, beer fridge, disco, play station, karaoke and a very big generator. Now im getting very excited.

We cross via chunnel Wednesday morning. I bet we still get there before him.
