Cheap Cups do not exist I can assure you! Costco and Kwikfit are your best bet for a bit of discount.

Try America John if you are that keen. Tyrerack will deliver oversees, the fx rate is good and a while back the prices were lower anyway. You need to factor in import duty too. Can't remember how much it all was - maybe 20% off the top of my head.

They definately do cups - get them to ring Joseph at the reading branch for confirmation.

shoot Joseph at the Reading branch has the intelligence of a foreskin. He nearly drove me to insanity when I recently changed my tyres there !!!!

He's nice enough, known him since I was about 8. I can imagine that your famed patience levels helped hugely wink

Costco have always said they can't get Cups. I pointed out this was against their price promise policy which stated they could do "any tyre supplied by Michelin UK" (used to be any Michelin tyre, but got changed). I doubt it was down to my comment but they don't disply that kind fo promise anymore.

Have you tried Pro-tyre Motorsport who supply the Club Championship & Open series?

It is quite a new thing, they didn't used to be able to get them, but they can now, and prices quite well (£210 for fronts, £260 for rears for a csl).

Get me some Johnny, I'll have 305 rears, if 315s not available!

Cheers

They didn't know anything about them when I asked at the Manchester store last week. I think it was just a case of "computer sez no" though. I didn't need any at the time (I'd gone to ask about trailer tyres, which they also don't do rolleyes) just thought I'd see if they'd started doing them yet. I have to get my race Cups from Pro-tyre and am happy to do so, but if I buy in a CSL needing tyres (he reason I enquired in the past) I'll push them for a bit more help at Costco.
