Can you guys help me with the above please
The car is a 1994 3 owner car from new, last owner purchased from an OPC, it has full main dealer history and only 47k from new-every bill, mot etc etc and the bodywork is perfect along with the interior.
There were only 42 or so of these produced for the UK market so i'm guessing they are very rare now?

£40.5k....I think the 3.6 T2 will be a better long term option than even the 993TT!wink

Difficult one to price, as they're so rare. There have been a couple kicking around on PH classified - supposedly 'mint' with lowish miles for sub £40k, and I believe they've been pretty hard to shift.
Really nice 3.3's are are also hard to shift at around the sub £30k mark, and don't have a lot less going for them.
Look in the classifieds - you'll see a 3.6 at just under £40k and a 3.3 at £27.5 - both have been around for a while.
If you're willing to hang in for a buyer, then you may eventually get £40k ish. My guess is that £34-35k would sell the car reasonablly promptly.
All IMHO - of course thumbup

No matter what you price it at Kayc will find something wrong with it and explain in apocolyptic terms for us why it is over priced and the owner is trying to screw buyers, but be very vague about what the actual problem is. Eventually after 3 pages of cross ranting, some sort of answer will come out and Kayc will tell us all he told us that if we had only bothered to do the same dilligent research he had.

Or the short answer £35-£40k.

Blimey. An off the cuff rant about fvck-all..i just offered my opinion which actually appears to be the same as yours. If hes a private seller the market will dictate the price...i would pay 40k for a top 965 turbo 2 which is what i base my opinion on.

Riviera Blue sold by Paragon for £42K. Not the best colour combo either.
