Can't afford that new GT3RS?

Get the look and save yourself thousands by modifying your Focus ST.

hehe

(Yes, it's real not a 'shop and no, it's not mine)

That exhaust is wrong, both pipes should exit from middle!

Otherwise can't spot much difference. confused

Yes, I thought the RS had just stickers instead of badges?

Hmmmmm. Bet that would be great if you were 17 again !!!

Shhhh I actually admit to owning a couple of fords, a mk1 mexico & a new GT. Both of which get same attention as the porsche's.

But it's an ST, not an RS. Oh, you mean GT3RS? Is that my coat?

Apparently the people on the owners club who've seen it in the flesh say it's been very poorly executed. The powder coated wheels look like a DIY job and the orange "undercoat" shows through the black in places.

I bet you RS owners with the same paint job are feeling like SG's Gallardo owning mate pictured in evo behind the blue Ka with Viper stripes. hehe

Agreed. I have driven the Focus ST and for what it is worth I thought it was pretty good. The Black & orange scheme looks good as well.

i think it does too. and certainly to 'civilians' it'd look no more stupid than a viper green/orange gt3rs.

i can't help but think how much cooler it would have looked if the wheels were a dark colour and it didn't have any orange bits.. but that's my taste. i guess the problem would be if, as is mentioned, it's execution is a bit low rent.

i guess also it depends how seriously the owner takes it. if it's supposed to be a bit light hearted then it's cool. if he thinks it's cool then it isn't!

I really think they should have done the foglight/reflector surrounds in orange as well - the silver just looks wrong.

Just to confirm my 'un'ignorance, I meant the GT3RS! I am aware that it is a Focus ST!
