Semi thinking about changing my car, I quite fancy a late 80's 911 3.2 coupe.

Just wondering what the running costs of these are likely to be in comparison to a 968 Sport which I currently have.

Early stages of thought at the moment so just trying to get some info together.

Thanks

Tom

I speak with no authority on this but lack of water cooling and cam/balance belt maintenance should reduce the running costs ?
But all said and done there's probably not a lot in it. All old porker's cost a bit to keep going !

I don't think there's much in it either - my 968 isn't exactly 'cheap' to keep running.

Thanks for the information, it is pretty much as I expected, I have been pretty fortunate with my 968 todate, it has only really needed servicing in the 2years I've had it, I have spent money on it but it wasn't necessary!

Anymore information would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Tom
