Anyone get a green 993 inspected in West Midlands last Sat?

I'm interested in the car but understand that Peter Morgan's team inspected it for someone who then didn't proceed with the purchase.

Obviously that isn't too encouraging but the seller says he spoke to the inspector who said that the car was in good condition bar one dodgy check strap, a small bit of rust and a minor oil leak.

Peter Morgan has told me there were issues but doesn't yet have a copy of the report in front of him to expand on that (and may want to charge me £150 for a copy anyway).

So was it someone on here who had the car inspected and, if so, would you be prepared to share any more of the report findings with me. I'd certainly be very grateful.
